Poured from 375mL bottle (re-corked, opened a couple week ago). Very dark purple with no head. Deep dark cherries, jammy honey, nice complexity. Wonderful.

Super deep purple, rich cherry aroma. Intense, so much cherry. Insane amounts of fruit, honey, complex layers. Some alcohol in the finish. Juicy acidity cajoles out some drinkability but this is such rich, intense savourable shit...my only comparable is this multi-year aged soy sauce I bought in Japan, in terms of going above and beyond the normal terms and conditions of existence.

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany. Nose has extremely rich raspberries, deep floral honey, and lovely sugars. Flavour is extremely rich and complex, with intense raspberry—concentrated to an absurd degree—fortified with rich honey, light alcohol, and a perfect amount of sugars. Intense, complex, elegant. Wonderful.

Pour from a 375mL bottle. Pours a very dark mahagony. Dark cherries, cherry pits, and honey on the nose. Flavour has an intense, juicy cherry character, light cinnamon, and deep honeycomb. Intense and complex. Excellent.
