Roast and a little lime. Pours dark brown with ok head. Very light in flavour, mostly just get a cloying kind of tang finish. I don't get much chocolate. Tap at Yambak Vallarta.

Bottle: Poured a black color stout with a large light brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of chocolate malt notes with some light residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate malt with light roasted mat and some residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Simple but effective beer.

Biguidibela is an alternate name for a bat in Mexico, more or less meaning naked butterfly. This has a deep cocoa fudgey taste, like a brownie. Good balance for that description, though, and tastes quite rich for 5.5%. The contrasts in this beer are interesting, and it's a cut above the usual thin, chocolatey Mexican porter/stout.
