A warming and hearty celebratory lager. Hallertau Hersbrucker and CZ Saaz in the whirlpool. Dry hopped with CZ Saaz. Notes of freshly baked bread, caramel and toffee are balanced by noble hops and a touch of floral citrus on the nose. Traditional Bavarian-style lager, meant to be a transitional beer, like the season of Spring from which Foam Brewers started.

Appearance: ruby red/dark orange color with a mild transparency about it and a two finger off white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: cereal grains, crushed nuts, caramelized notes, light honey and sweet earthiness
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine malty sweet quality; finishes leaning into sweet grains and caramel tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness and good carb level
Overall: nicely done Maibock worth coming back to.

Can: Poured an amber color ale with a medium size off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of lightly caramelized malt with clean cereal notes. Taste is also a mix of lightly caramelized malt notes with some clean cereal notes and some dry hoppy notes and limited residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol notes. Solid maibock with a good level of drinkability.

16 oz. can. Flavor is a direct reflection of the aroma. Toasted crackers with honey grain with a light- medium grainy body, simple and straightforward Bock. Finish is malty with a lightly floral note. Pretty easy drinking.
