Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with light retention and minor lacing notes. Aroma of black chocolate notes with some strong green pepper notes and some coffee notes also perceptible. Taste is also a mix of black chocolate notes with some overly dominant green pepper notes, some dry floral coffee notes and a dusty dry finish. Body is below average with medium carbonation. Flawed beer.

Brown bottle, 355 ml, from and with Sébastien Bertrand (merci!), at home, savoured on April 29, 2023; eye: black, opaque, no effervescence, ring and island of beige head, no lacing; nose: coffee, green pepper, espresso, malt, roasting; mouth: malt, coffee, light acidity, light sourish, finale in coffee with light presence of roasting, medium body, average carbonation, lightly sweet, slick texture; all in all: correct FRANÇAIS
Bouteille brune, 355 ml, de et avec Sébastien Bertrand (merci!), chez nous, savourée le 29 avril 2023; œil : noire, opaque, pas d'effervescence, anneau et îlot de mousse beige, pas de dentelle; nez : café, poivron vert, espresso, malt, torréfaction; bouche : malt, café, légère acidité, léger aigrelet, finale en café avec légère présence de torréfaction, corps moyen, carbonatation moyenne, légèrement sucrée, texture coulante; en résumé : correct

Black with an enormous fluffy tan head. Toasty and woody with coffee and red wine. Long finish. Ridiculously overcarbonated.
