Canette, 355 ml, via SAQ - du Plateau le 28 novembre 2023, savourée le 18 avril 2024; œil : noire, opaque, pas d’effervescence, minuscule anneau de mousse brune, pas de dentelle; nez : malt, noix, alcool, léger chocolat; bouche : malt, noix, alcool, liqueur de chocolat, houblon amérisant, finale en chocolat avec présence d’alcool, corsée, carbonatation légèrement sous la moyenne, moyennement sucrée, texture légèrement alcoolique; en résumé : correct

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of chocolate malt notes with some light roasted malt notes. Taste is a mix of really nice chocolate malt notes with some light bitter roasted malt notes. Body is full with a nice creamy texture with good carbonation. Solid imperial stout with no adjunct or weird flavors.
