Échantillon, bouteille verte, 750 ml, cadeau d'un étranger (merci!), Bière Garden - Gatineau, savourée le 15 octobre 2022; œil : caramel avec une teinte sable, opaque, pas d'effervescence, minuscule anneau de mousse beige, pas de dentelle; nez : acidité, fruité, léger orange, léger levures sauvages; bouche : acidité, fruité, léger orange, léger levures sauvages, bonbon sur, léger orange, finale en acidité avec présence fruitée, très légèrement sucrée, texture coulante; en résumé : correct

Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a medium size foamy head with light retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some funky ester and light blood orange notes can be detected. Taste is a mix of tart notes with some funky ester and some citrusy blood orange notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well made floored sour but rhubarb notes are hard to distinguish.
