Aged for over 8 months in red wine barrels with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis (Brett Brux), a wild yeast that over time, brings about characteristics of funk, acidity, and spice. IPA bitterness and a flavourful hop presence. Notes of tangerine, papaya, and passionfruit blend with the complex barnyard funk. Bottle conditioned for bright carbonation and to allow for evolutionary potential in the bottle.

Can: Poured a clear golden color ale with al;arge white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light citrusy hops notes with some fruity Brett notes adding some complexity. Taste is also a great mix of fruity notes with some Brett with some citrusy hops and a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice use of Brett yeast strain to add complexity to this IPA.
