Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2017 -Hackney. Pours clear copper with a bubbly, white head. The nose holds toasted mats, nips of dried berries, leafy hops. Light sweet flavour with earthy-leafy bitterness, some orange peel, brown bread, toast. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation; decent condition. Finishes with further leafy hop character, toasted grains. Not bad.
