Cask at The Parcel Yard, London. Pours amber with short lasting off-white foamy head. Malty, caramel, some fruit, bitterish finish. Light to medium bodied.

Cask at the brewery, 17/11/15. Copper amber with reddish hues topped with a decent beige covering. Nose is biscuit malt, caramel, bitter orange, light spice. Taste comprises red grapefruit, biscuit, toasted bread, grassy, grain, crackers, bitter orange. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close doused with earthy hop bitterness. Solid hoppy bitter.

Cask at the Chesham Arms, London on 14th October 2015. Deep copper with diminishing off-white scantly lacing foam. Malty aroma with balanced savoury and sweet touches. Fruity and malty in-mouth. Finish becomes grassy and bitter as the fruit and malt fade. A crisp, refreshing mouthfeel and light body.
