Keg at BrewDog Waterloo, 02/02/24. Can't remember the last time I ticked a Mondo beer! Golden blonde with a white cap. Nose is pale and bready malts, herb, lemon rind, grains. Taste comprises pale malts, hedgerow, herb, grains, bread dough, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid logger bier.

Bottle from Low Cost Beer. Appearance - golden yellow with a very light haze. Thin white head. Nose - lemon with an edge of caramel. Taste - honey, lemon, bread. Palate - light bodied, a touch sweet. Overall - a touch too sweet for a light lager.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours totally clear yellow with a frothy, white head. Pretty clean overall, lightly sweet, some crackers, cereal, light bitter straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Some husky grains in the finish, pale biscuits, light grass and hay. Drinks fine.

Can. Light haze on this very pale gold beer, small white head. Palate is thin and semi dry and has a decent fine minerally crispness. Thin malts, barely there. A little cooling pine. Mild lemony citrus, just enough lemon to liven this anorexic affair. Some floral hop as well. Light crisp finish. The lemony aspect saves this very thin lager from complete 'fresh air' status, but not by much.
