Can at home in London - picked up at Mother Kelly's Stokey. Pours murky, dirty gold with a foamy, white head. A little dank and, yes, juicy in the nose, with some ripening citrus and also grainy pale malts. Light sweet flavour with some husky bitterness, more ripening citrus and grainy, bready malts, some orange rind, a little pithy grapefruit. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more grainy pale malts, a touch of flinty minerality, lemon rind, tangerine, crackers. A little sketchy. There are suggestions of nice juice here, but it just doesn't land cleanly.

330ml can @ The Alb, Shrewsbury. Pours golden amber, light haze, off white head. Aroma citric, light zest. Taste is perhaps not the NEIPA it purports to be on the can, certainly not smooth and fruity, more of a standard crisp, citric APA, and not a particularly impressive one at that. Ok, but nothing more.

1/3 pint cask @ White Hart Pub.
