27/4/2024. Can shared at fonefan Ulfborg tasting. clear gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is grainy, citrus, corn, flowers. Quite sweet, light bitterness and body. Watery with average carbonation. Quite poor.

ABV: 2.8%. â Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, pale malt, rice, floral. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, rice, floral, minerals - chalk. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20240427]

Clear golden coloured body with a very thin white head. Aroma of skunky malt, cardboard and metal - nothing pleasant. Light corn and cereal flavours going through this one with a somewhat refreshing and very non-metallic taste. Aftertaste mild and refreshing in the shanghainese heat. Overall, not absolutely horrible and worth trying if you are here in the Paris of the East or the Whore of the Orient. I sampled this 355 mL bottle purchased at numerous shops throughout Shanghai, best drunk in the middle of the streets with the locals! I sampled this particular bottle on 15 August 2007 in Shanghai, PRC.
