Thanks to Heemer77 for bringing this one to Noogfest to share. Pours a medium amber with red highlights, no head. The aroma is fruity spices with a tartness that just tingles the nose. Sweet and syrupy.

Pour is a dark brown with a fluffly white head. Aroma is deffinatly honey with some nutmeg and fig. Flavor is strong oak and honey with some vinegar and wine like qualities. Was this aged in bourbon barrels? Finishes with the strong alcohol burn you would expect from a 12%. Overall this is quite tasty if sipped slow and it a bargan at only $1.98 a bottle.

Aroma of apples, similar to a hard cider. The taste of of sugar and apples; so sweet as to be undrinkable, and I do enjoy a sweet beer. Disappointing as is, cut down on the sugar and it would be good.
