Hazy straw yellow small white head, minimal lacing. Aroma is heavy coconut and light papaya. Flavors follows, light tart, definitionally tropical, loads of toasted coconut. Melon light body, low carbonation. Holy hell, this works!

On tap at the Blackback Pub.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a hazy yellow color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated within less than a minute. Rounded messy lacing runs here and there.
The aroma started with the sweet toasted coconut up front and then subtle nuances of sweet pineapple slide in with a nice sour fruity backbone.
The flavor starts to lean sweet and then opens up into a combined sweet to sour blend running into the aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Carbonation runs light. Sourness hit appropriately.
Overall, really nice sessionable sour ale for this time of year. Definitely would have again.
