Nice sour with good salt edge. Perhaps not an everyday drink, but a good one

Keg at the Alma. A translucent pale yellow straw coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is salty, raw grains, stale grains, apple,. Flavour is composed of salty, tart wheaty grains, stale malts, apple, funk, margarita. ,. Palate is light grains , woody, highish carbonation. Not a huge fan.

Keg at the Alma. It pours cloud golden with a small white head. The aroma is earthy, musty, tangy, lactic, cereal, bread, lemon cheesecake and key lime pie. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, lemony, salty, lime, margarita, light lactic vibe, some bitterness and mild acidity with a dry finish. Light - medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Refreshingly tart. Really like the balance on this. Good gose.
