On tap at the brewery. Deep cheesy lacto funky sour tones. The coriander and salt are there too. Really well done for the style. Juicy, mouth puckering, spot on. Delicious.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with small, frothy, white layer on top. Tangy, lactic and salty aroma, hints of sauerkraut, a touch of lemon, mineral overtones. Taste is mildly tart, citric and lactic tartness, hints of lemon, lemon zest, salted lemon, a fruity touch of quince, a (white) vinous mineral touch of silica; smooth and soft palate. Refreshing and very tasty!
