Keg at the Cock, 14/01/14, Lightly hazed pinkish amber with a thin white covering that dissipates to a modicum of edgework. Nose is hay, light acidic vinegar strains, cherry skins, faint puke, earthy, light dank woody notes. Taste comprises cherry sours, grassy, tangy citric notes, light sea salt, musty, cherry skins. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, refreshing closure. Nice Berliner.

Cock Tavern. Keg. Almost cloudy amber - gold beer, small white head. Palate is light, pretty dry and crisp. Tart! Involuntary eye flicker! Tart lemon sherbet with just a very light touch of cherry. Minerals. More sour sherbet and a tangy dry finish. Tasty! Ye gods I would have hated this a few years ago!

Keg at the Cock Tavern - Hackney, London. Pours lightly hazy pink with a creamy white head. Lots of lacto funk in the nose, touches of tangy berries. Moderate sourness in the flavor with light sweetness, restrained cherry, a bit of salt, some citric lemon. Light bodied with average carbonation. Super clean on the finish, some underripe cherries, controlled funk, mellow salty kick and sour lemons. Great stuff. The balance is there and the cherry adds nice nuance.

Draft at The Cock Tavern in Hackney, London on 13 July 2013. Pours a bright pink colour with no head... almost looks like cherryade (the kind that you got back in the day that most likely contained all manner of now illegal colourings). Strong tart cherry aroma. Very sour, mouth tightening flavour, which then breaks into a little candy sugar and balances out. Definite cherry in there too. Interesting session sour. Probably not to everyone’s taste, but I liked it.

Keg at the cock tavern. Bright red pink colour. Neutral fruit aroma, some acid and c, grapefruit. herry. Really Sharp pluckering. some soap. decent sour.
