Bottle from Beer Republic. Cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, citrus, bretty and light hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet, moderate bitter and light acidic. Dry, moderate bitter and light acidic finish. Carbonation is a bit high. 290520

(500ml bottle from the Ossington bottle shop) Pours lightly cloudy bright gold with a small white head fading to a ring. Aroma of meyer lemon and grapefruit flesh and zest, light peach and tropical fruit notes, pale malt, some buttery oak, soft leather, moderate Brett funk, light leafy hops. Flavour is quite reminiscent of the nose, with light sweetness and moderate acidity and a fairly dry finish; notes of meyer lemon, grapefruit, yellow plum with some dusty leathery Brett/oak overtone, a little grain, fading into moderate hoppy bitterness with some tannic oak in the aftertaste. Light to medium body with average plus active carbonation. Nice lightly hopped sour where the oak and flora do much of the work.
