Power tasting at Phill's, can
Black colour. Dusty cola, cocoa powder, with mild sourness and other bugs, frankly tastes like infected beer. Thin.

12oz on Phill's deck. Appearance: dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: grapes, roasted malts, fruity. Taste: sour, roasted malts, smoky. Overall: pretty good for what it is.

Can. Dark brown, not much head. The nose has a bit of chocolate, not getting grape. A touch tart, some grape juice accents, but I’m not sure it goes well with the stout, and the stout isn’t solid enough to carry this.

A dark brown stout with no head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with light peated notes, light grapes, ok. In mouth, a light watery stout with light peated notes, light fruity esters, ok. Cask Days 2019.

On tap at Burdock, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out medium toasted malt, with Concord grape juice. Flavour is a rather unpleasant hybrid of a dry stout and Concord grape juice. This just doesn't cannot work well. Bad idea.
