Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Long moderate bitter fniish. Creamy palate.

Bottle @ HenrikSoegaard tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, hops, grass, bread, fruits, barnyard, funk and has a nice bready finish.

Bottle. Pours clear golden, small off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is very sherry, mineral, lemon, light horse blanket. Flavor is light plus tart, light plus funk, heavy sherry notes. Light body.

Botella 75 cl de mikkeller shop Tomada en Oviedo 02..01..2020. Color oscuro marrón claro turbio con espuma blanca persistente. Sabores maltosos y cereales con suaves ácidos y buenos toques de maderas empapadas en licor tipo vinos ajerezados. Pajas mojadas, algo de frutos secos y pasos Cuerpo medio a intenso con buena sensación alcohólica desde el principio y bastante sabor.Fina con densidad suave avinada. Bastante buena para repetir sin duda alguna. Para pasar un buen rato con ella. Semejanzas a vinos.

Aroma: Sherry, ripe fruits, slight tart fruits, but not that much.
Taste: Tart fruits, but not too bad. Finished it, even. Dry. Slight wood and ripe fruits.

Bottle 750ml. @ home. [ As Mikkeller Polly 2 ]. [ Bottle #484/1400 ]. Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, barnyard, leather, wood, citric, sherry, green apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, barnyard, funky, sherry - vanilla, dry, light cheese - cheese whey. IMO. quit faro alike. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20171116] 8-3-8-3-16

24-09-17 // bottle shared at Zwanze Day 2017 @ Mon Petit Café Stuttgart. Thanks for sharing! Almost clear golden, definitely has the lambic flavour, some dry tartness, not too acididc, some fruit, green apples, citrus. Good.

KRS 070117. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is sourness, brett, berries. Flavor is sourness, berries, vanilla, sherry, cellar notes. Full body. Very nice beer.
