Blend 61, packaged DEC 12 18. Pours a clean golden colour with a fizzy white cap that actually has a longer stay than expected. Wow! There is so much going on in the aromas. Saison base with the citrus notes, some fruitiness and leafiness from the raspberry leafs. Very nice herbal scents as well adding some spiciness. Some sourness in the flavours with the light bitterness in the finish. Gets hazier and hazier as it pours from the 750ml bottle. This is quite the complex brew. Very, very nice.

A golden saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt light lactic notes, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light cork character, light curacao. On tap at brewery.
