I really like Year One last year, so this looks promising (as I am not a big sour beer kind of guy). Beautifully blended again. Hazy, red-amber with a frothy-creamy pinkish head, decent stay and thick lacing. Aromas are a mix of the balsamic-red wine vinegars and the fruits (mostly cherries). The taste represents the same, but also not so sour in your face. Better balanced with the cherries coming through in the finish. The currant beer had the fruit too low, so not getting much from that one. As one beer, quite well-brewed. Happy second anniversary !

A dark pink red ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt loads of cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, light raspberry, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of cherry, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and beautiful. On tap at brewery.
