A red copper Barley wine with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops, light vinous character, light vanilla extract, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with loads of milk and vanilla, alcohol warmth, rich. Bottle. 7-3-7-3-14

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy rusty amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has toasted pecans and vanilla with sweet grains and a bit of caramel underlying. Flavor is straight pecan praline ice cream with candied and roasted pecan supported by growing vanilla and a hint of caramel.
