Tap at Hawthorne location - clear light amber - nose is fairly muted, but there are some bright, floral hops on a deep inhale - flavor is light, crisp and strongly hoppy - lightly estery - Biscuity malt - clean, floral, bitter finish - fairly tasty, really.

Draft at the beer hall. Pours dark amber with little head. Fruity aroma. Medium minus body with light carbonation. Flavor is mildly dark fruits and light bitter. Really fresh and fruity. Not too bitter, but there is hop.

On tap at Lucky Labrador, Quimby St, Portland. Hazy amber colour with disappearing off white head. Slightly sickly aroma. Herb hop. Very strange. Watery. It’s like a bad English bitter, but with more earthy hop. I guess that the name is a tip of the hat to Anchor brewery in SF, but this isn’t a very close imitation to Anchor Steam

tap at brewpub - Pours amber, thin head, nice citrus hops aroma. The flavor is moderately hoppy with good balance. The body is light. The taste seems very close to an ESB. This is a solid session beer.
