Draft. A hazy light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of wheat as well as lighter notes of citrus. The flavor is sweet with ntoes of wheat and lemon, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

A lightly hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, light malt with some boiled veggies. In mouth, a rather light wheat ale with little hops, very light and boring. On tap at brewpub, August 27 2009.

Draft at Valley Brew Family Restaurant. Hazy yellow with a small, off white glass lacing head. Nose of light banana and wheaty grain. Flavor is light white pepperiness, banana, and caramel. Good wheat.

(10/29/08) Draught sample at the brewpub in Stockton. Golden-colored. Aroma has some wheaty fruitiness and some bready notes. Sweetish flavor with some bread, fruits, light yeastiness and a slightly drier finish. Medium-bodied.
