Tap at the California State Fair. Pours really dark amber. A slight off-white head. Dark caramel aroma. Full bodied with mild carbonation. Flavor is really caramel. Sturdy flavor. Woody. Finishes with diminishing sweet and advancing bitter. Damn good stuff. Tap at the Bistro BA fest. Aroma rose to 8. Otherwise similar.
