A clear orange brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of strong caramelized malt, red fruits, caramel, wood, raisins. Taste of strong caramelized red malt, pine, spruce tips, blood orange.

A: hazy amber-brown, stable, frothy, tan head.
A: old raisin, mouldy cherry, rotting red apple, toffee, liqueur.
T: sweet raisin, cherry, apple & pear, toffee.
F: herbal hops, bitter dried orange peel, sweet dried fruit, warming liqueur-like alcohol.
P: medium body, thin oily texture, average carbonation.
Smells old and maderised but in a bad way an any assertive bitterness has faded away - my guess is that they served an old batch here at the festival. Too bad.

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een troebel amberkleurig bier met een dun schuim. Het heeft een fruitige en zoete geur. De smaak is fruitig en hoppig met een lekkere bittere nasmaak.

Keg at Skaal, CPH, 11/11/17. Lightly hazed chestnut brown with a decent beige cap. Nose is toffee, sweet malts, fruit slice, brown bread, dates. Taste comprises figgy jam, brown sugar melt, fruit cake, dark malts, toffee, almonds. Medium plus body, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok but lacks depth for the ABV.

Draught @ Craft & Draft, Overtoom 417, Amsterdam, Netherlands 1054 JR. [ As White Pony Speech Impediment ].ABV: 8.5%. Light unclear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, cookie, caramel, candy, dried fruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170921] 7-3-7-3-14

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen - Brown pour with white head. Toasted and sweet malty with notes of caramel and fudge, hoppy backing, sweet malty hoppy finish.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is overripe fruity and toasted malt. Sweet, caramelish. Metallic. Roasted dark malty and caramelish finish.

Draft. A hazy brown beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, over ripe fruit, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, alcohol, and over ripe fruits, leading to a bitter finish.
