Commemorating General Lafayette's "Farewell Tour" of 1824-1825. As the Guest of the Nation for 13 months, Lafayette visited all existing 24 states, travelling over 6,000 miles.
To mark this celebration of the Franco-American bond, we've partnered avec our friends from Fauve Craft Bière to create this cross-Atlantic Hazy IPA. Fauve hosted our team in 2023 to brew a Hazy IPA collaboration ( - Take Me Home, Routes De Campagne -) so we connected with their team to host the second leg of a home & home here.
The recipe was crafted with Franco-Belge Pilsner Malt, Murphy & Rude Malting Virginia-grown Red Wheat Malt, and Canada Malting Company Flaked Oats...and features a robust hop profile of Mosaic, Strata, and French Barbe Rouge hops.

Straw colored with a foamy, white head. Pineapple aroma with spice, and mellowed by gentle honey melon / cantaloupe tones. Bitter the whole way through. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. A bit too much resin and chalk to feel refreshing, but otherwise not bad,
