Almost black with a frothy, off-white head. Faint, dark chocolate aroma. Taste has a rich toffee sweetness. Almost too sweet. Mild roasted bitterness at finish. Ok.

Taster at the Taos Tap Room. Pours black, with a small, beige head. The nose is vanilla, pecans, soy sauce, and pleasant coffee. Sweet and malty, with a drying bitterness. Pretty nice.
