MBCC. Hazy red brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and dark fruit. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 120517

From tap. Pours cloudy orange with a small tan hesd. Aroma is mild herbal, slight vegetable note. Toasted malty, slight caramelish. Toasted malty. Sweet and caramelish malty finish.

Draft. N amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, fruit, and a bit of spice, leading to a bitter finish.

Tap at Mikkeller bar, Copenhagen. Color is clear brown with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Nuts, coffee and malts. Pretty dry.

OmTap @ mikkeller bar. Poured mahogany color with a thin white head. Malty, bready, caramelly aroma. Hoppy, bready, sweet. Nice toffeeish finish.

On tap at the mikkeller bar Victoriagade. Leicht trübes rötlich braunes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch nach reifen roten Früchten, leicht holzig. Geschmack nach reifen roten Früchten, Karamell, Vanille, holzig, leicht alkoholisch.

Poured from the tap. Medium brown with off white head. Toffee and caramel with mild bready malt. Good for the style.

Amber-brown with a thick bubbly head. On the nose has light caramel but the malty depth is fully revealed on the palate. Soft and just slightly toffeeish, accenting shortbread, earthy, vaguely toasty notes. Subtle and complex, this is a great example of the type.
