We wanted to do a really crisp, really clean, really light German lager beer. We wanted to give the beer the time it needed. I mean really give it the time it needed. We wanted to do something new, something fresh while at the same time acknowledging the style’s tradition and heritage. We wanted to place the beer in a geographical context, like its done, with pride showing its colors. We wanted to do all that. And, we did it.

Draught @ Brewers Beer Bar, Tredje Långgatan 8, Göteborg, Sweden 41303. [ As Dugges Björröder Pils ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, sugary. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170316] 6-3-7-3-13

Draft @ Brewers Beer Bar, Gothenburg. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy weak grassy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grainy grassy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy grassy finish.

Keg at ecbf 2017.. Light yellow.. Thin white lacing.. Soft grassy hay fruits nose.. Long dry. Grassy fruits

At Örebro Öl & Whisky 2016. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of grass, light spices and some grain. Similar taste, also hops. The body was on the light side and the finish was bitter. A decent Pilsener.

Draught at Brewers Beer Bar, Göteborg, July 20. Clear, pale golden colour with a big, fluffy white head. Sweet aroma with biscuits, pale malts, citrus fruits, hay and grasses. Taste is bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes dry and bitter with bread, spiced notes and floral hops. Very nice Pilsener.

Extremely clear beer. Nice floral hops and light fresh bread malts. Nice! Would have liked it completely unfiltered / unseparated though.

Keg at Omnipollos Hatt, Stockholm. Clear golden, mid sized head. Distinct grassy spicy nose. Dry with light-medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Crispy bread and lots of spicy tea-like hops. Distinct bitter finish. Refreshing and well made.
