Lattina. Il gusto al naso resta attratto da pane nero, orzo tostato e caffè. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore color beige carico resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio in buona armonia con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, pane, cioccolato, caffè, nocciole tostate, frutta secca, erbaceo e agrumi.

Black or almost black, medium sized, quite creamy looking white head, good retention and good amounts of lacing. Average intensity in the aroma: nutty and maybe slightly chocolatey malts with a light hint of coffee, a clean floral bittering presence underneath. Taste is quite intense and very clean/defined. Minimal caramel sweetness, nutty and lighter chocolate notes, a touch of coffee, perhaps a hint of licorice, a quite intense (per style) clean bitterness (slightly leafy/tea-like). Light to medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, very easy to drink with a pleasant hint of dense creaminess. Excellent example of the style.
