Unclear amber with a frothy white foamy head. Nose: malty, English-led earthy feel. Mouth is English all the way, a bit nutty, rather malty with an hidden herbal bitterness.

Pours light orange to dark golden with a bit of haziness. Doesn't form much head: white, large bubbled, soon dissipating. A nicely vivid and at the same time soft aroma: fresh citric hoppy notes upfront with sweet/jam-like character (orange, tangerine, lighter lemony) plus a hint of floral hoppiness. Maltiness in the background but decently deep with light caramel, a bit of biscuity character, a hint of honey. Taste notes more or less follow the aroma, though I was maybe expecting more intensity based on the smell. A slight sweet edge in the mouth and a balanced, very clean finish where a grassy hint shows up alongside the citric bitterness. Leaves a delicate fruity aftertaste. Quite light bodied, quite low carbonation, perhaps less carbonated than actually meant as the very low head suggested; very smooth as obvious. A nice, very delicate interpretation of the style, with good drinkability and decent complexity. This specific can probably suffered a light undercabonation flaw.
