(Tap sample @ MBCC 2017 Blue Session, Copenhagen) Pours lightly hazed yellow with a white head. Notes of tart mix of grapes/white wine with light citrus, yeasty, Brett funk and straw, touch of pale malt, light oak. Rather sour overall, lightly to moderately vinous, somewhat lactic in quality, just a little fruity sweetness, pretty dry tart finish. Lighter bodied, average fizzy carbonation. Decent, not the most vinous and a bit over-tart without tons of depth, but quite drinkable all the same.

Hazy but dull, pale straw. No head. Pretty dominant pedio aroma with a bit of brett. Very tart, a bit of yeastiness, touch of pedio. So very simple, very sharp...I get only a little bit of the grape. OK, too tart and too simple for me.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out heaps of white wine barrels upfront, with wild yeast and citrus zest. Flavour is complex, with loads of white wine barrels, citrus zest, and light wild yeast. Well-balanced, with a citrusy, acidic and vinous finish. This is excellent.
