Sample @ MBCC '17 [ Blue Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2017, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark. [ As Boxing Cat THAIger Lager ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, thai spice, coriander, floral - herbal. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, pale malt, sweet malt, thai spices, coriander, floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. A golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of lemonsgrass, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, hops, malt, and lemongrass, leading to a bitter finish.

Tap@MBCC May 2017, Copenhagen - pours gold with a white head. Aroma and taste is malty and light lemon citrus fruity, straw, hay, some tea, light spice, grassy and herbal hoppy finish.

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow, huge white head. Aroma is citrusy and slight teaish. Smooth fruity, crisp citrusy, mellow. Smooth fruity and light teaish finish.

Tap @MBCC2017, Blue Session. Clear golden, white froth. Malty, bready aroma with floral hoppy notes. Sweetish, malty flavour, hoppy notes too. Gets a little watery.
