Sample @ MBCC '17 [ Blue Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2017, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark. [ As Boxing Cat THAIger Lager ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, thai spice, coriander, floral - herbal. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, pale malt, sweet malt, thai spices, coriander, floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
