(On tap @ MBCC 2017 Blue Session, Copenhagen) Pours pale gold with a white head. Notes dominated by zippy lime zest and juice, supplemented by mix of orange/grapefruit, tropical fruit, pineapple pops a little, no real almond but does convey the cocktail so maybe it's just sotto voce, touch malty and spiced, light sweet and fairly low tart overall. Dry zesty finish. A bit lime-centric relative to the inspiration but that might be lacto-supported, quite refreshing, good.
