Cask at the Old Cross Tavern, Hertford, England on 3rd September 2010. Clear amber with white creamy head giving part-lacing. Malty and fruity aroma, and grassy hop with lemon citrus in main taste. Long, grassy herby/bitter finish on a zingy mouthfeel. Well crafted ale, and more-ish.

Cask gravity at St Albans BF 09. Looks flat in the glass, copper colour. Not great condition. Absolutely fine, slightly malty bitter. Decent bitterness on finish. Would be very good fresh. Good malt biscuit and really quite bitter. OK.
