Indigo for short, is our first dark beer release. A rich, delicious stout with roasty warming coffee aromatics. Brewed with @horusagedales and named for his father's prime Accipiter, INDIGO is rich and malty and coffee forward. Like chocolate covered malt with caramel ribbons melted in a mug of fresh coffee. It's much too easy drinking. Mike from @outerdarkcoffee cupped and roasted a special blend with us.We will have coffee at our pick up!!

Dark brown. Thick head. Lots of coffee on the nose. Full body, nice chocolate, lots of coffee but good sweetness. Good balance.

16 oz can. Solid coffee aroma. Flavor has a solid backbone of roasted mall, plenty of coffee with a very slight bitterness in the finish. It’s balanced well.
