Can shared with Matthijs, at BeerTemple, Amsterdam, 17th July 2025. Pours a thick hazy yellow. Aroma is punchy, citrus and tropical. Taste is smooth, tropical, with citrus, dank and still pretty bitter. This is a remarkable TIPA, superb beer

Intense deep citrus and tropical fruity aroma and taste, lots of tangerine and mango, papaya, red grapefruit, creamy dense malty backbone, touch of hop spice into the warming and hoppy finish. Lovely from these guys again.

From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Big fruity hop with citrus, orange, grass, tropical notes. Medium bitter flavour, a bit dry. Long fruity finish, a little alcohol. Strong.

25th January 2025
Panda thanks to Cloin. Medium haze on this gold beer, small short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Fairly light palate, moderately dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Soft pale malts, a decent creamy sweetness. Soft pine, savoury and slightly bitter skunk segues into some juicy stone fruit Nectaron goodness. Good Citra, even a touch of pink grapefruit, which for me, is always a litmus test of when this old stalwart. Finishes light, mildly bitter and mildly hop spicy. Nicely done and very drinkable.

Can at home, from Craft Central.ie online, 18/01/25.
Murky orange topped with a lasting frothy white head.
Nose is ripe tropicana, mango flesh, pine resin, dank chimes, lychee, guava.
Taste comprises grapefruit, pine needle, stone fruit rip, papaya, mandarin, guava, mango pulp.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness allied to a balanced boost.
Top drawer TIPA ... punchy and assertive but superbly balanced and maintaining a good level of bitterness throughout without ever getting overly sweet.
