16 oz can generously given to me by Jack. The pour is a clear copper golden with a smaller light tan head. The aroma is cracker grain malt, soft toast, and a touch of herbal. The taste is clean malt, the cracker, grain and toast of the nose, chewy, finishing with a soft floral sweetness and the herbal. The palate is medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and the floral herbal finish. Dry and easy drinking. Nice Dunkel, thanks Jack.

Tap @ Mikkeller, Viktoriagade. Clear amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and caramel. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. Not very dunkel. 080524
