Cask at the 9th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours golden with a lasting bubbly off-white head. Aroma of sweet tropical fruit, Sorachi Ace hop?, caramel and floral notes. Moderate sweetness, medium plus bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Dry, fruity, bitter finish. Enjoyed this.
