BOB is a 5.6% ABV Pale Ale, with each bottle containing 25 grams of milk bread. Granting the support of Maxim's Group is undoubtedly a victory for upcycling. Starting from August 2022, for every 6 BOBs sold, Maxim’s Group will plant a tree to promote carbon sequestration. 27/4/2024. Bottle shared at fonefan Ulfborg tasting. From Norwich Arts Centre fundraiser following World Beer Awards. Pours clear pale gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is bready, malts, citrus fruits. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Oily, above average carbonation.

ABV: 5.0%. ✅ Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, pale malt, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, bread. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20240427]

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy slightly citrus aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.
