Bottled. A hazy golden beer with no head. The aroma is acidic malty with notes of lemon, and so is the flavor.

Bottle, 5%. Weak wheaty aroma, slightly moldy. Hazy yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour has a little spicy note, clove. Citric finish, sourish and not very interesting.

The bottle looks really good, the beer in the glass also. Starts very fruity, a bit like nuts. The finish is more yeasty, but not too dry. Well balanced finish. Really good hefeweizen!

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a hazy golden with a dense and frothy white head leaving some laces. Aroma of yeast and citrus. Medium-bodied with tart citrus notes and some yeast. The finish is dry. 030608
