Almost clear gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, good fine carbonation. Smooth malts, light creamy sweetness. A resinous tropical fruit thing. Mild spice. Touch of skunk. Light semi dry finish. Not exactly bursting with Nelson goodness but it’s fine.

Bottle. This is horrifically bad. Nose is stale yeast, brown sugar, Greek honey, hint of orange. Taste is pine, honey, stake cardboard, lime hint of lemon. This is not a saison and the yeast they have used is vile. At times the very low standards of many craft brewers in the UK is maddening, but this is particularly contemptible trash. It’s off style, unbalanced and unpleasant tasting. British brewing would be better off without crap like this.

330ml Bottle - Golden with a foamy white head. Grapes, gooseberries, lemon and a hint of spice in the aroma. Slightly soapy taste with notes of grapefruit, grapes, spice and lemon. Refreshing, although it might get a bit sickly after a while.
