A pale blonde cider with aroma of sweet apple jam, light acidity, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of tart apples, light acidity, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at cidery.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow color cidr with average carbonation. Light taste is apple with medium level of residual sugar and a semi dry finish. Lacking flavours with a light finish. OK but nothing to write home about.
