Bursting with aromatic American hop varietals, Through the Glass is a double dry hopped IPA that is bright, juicy and highly aromatic. It’s loaded with aromas of mango, peach and candied citrus that are delivered on a soft, fluffy malt canvas. A delicate mouth feel and gentle, but present, bitterness ensures that this beer never tires the palate.

Hazy IPA On tap at Kingston Brewing. Pours opaque yellow with minimal white head. Aroma is dank and grassy; notes of tropical fruit. Flavour is dank, pulpy, lots of citrus and stonefruit. Moutfeel a bit oily at the start with long chalky finish. Good flavour but borderline too hazy.

Can. Hazy yellow. At a distance this has a big subtropical hop note, but up close it comes across a bit green and chalky. On the palate, the malts are faint and sweet, the bitterness only moderate. But the hops are high in quantity and that definitely makes it a bit green. Pushing the envelope a bit.

473mL can, pours a cloudy peachy golden with a small white head. Aroma is pithy, dank, and tropical, with lots of pithy stone fruits, bitter citrus peel, and dank hops. Flavour is quite bitter and abrasive, with bitter citrus peel, stone fruits, some tropical notes, and some dank hops. It's on the harshly bitter side, with quite a bit of bitter citrus peel. Good albeit a bit harsh.

Can: Poured a clear yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fresh citrus hops undertones with some light juicy notes. Taste is a nice mix of fresh citrus hops undertones with very faint residual sugar notes with some light juicy notes and some bitterness. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice West Coast style IPA, which drinks quite nicely.

(473ml can from the brewery webshop) Pours opaque deep gold with a tight head of fine white bubbles and carpets of lace. Aroma of mango, candied orange, tangerine, light florals, undertones of cannabis and resin, and a nice soft bready malt. Flavour is off-dry up front with a big punch of fresh grapefruit pulp, candied orange, mango, soft stone fruit, a decent resin hit of citrus oils and soft weed, light bready malts, finishing fairly dry and softly bitter with lots of grapefruit pulp and pith lingering. Medium-bodied, soft and creamy just as you expect from Badlands. This is more grapefruity and resinous than other things I've tried from them, but it's not 'old school' per se. A really nice drinker.
