Bottle: Poured a clear pale-yellow color Berliner Weisse with a small foamy head with minimal retention and no lacing. Aroma of tart notes with light vinous notes. Taste is also a mix of light vinous notes with some tartness and light oak finish. Body is light with good carbonation. Interesting but I was expecting some more complexity from the wine barrels.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of white grapes, lacto, citrus and a some syrupy woodruff. Flavour is fairly citric, with lots of citrus, woodruff, earthy notes and some vinous notes. Citric and syrupy. Fun stuff.
