Very hazy paleish gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Sourish lemon - fairly tart! Some malt cream and seltzer. Even a light gueuze vibe here. Semi dry finish. Odd and definitely gone askew but strangely charming.

330ml bottle from Little Leeds. Pours clear brown, no head. High carbonation at first, but shoots itโ€™s load quickly. Aromas of banana and toffee, light cleaning product. Taste is sweet, more banana. Cloying, sweet finish.

Bottle at home picked up from Chesham Brewery shop. Murky dull orange/ brown coloured pour with an effervescent off white head. Aroma is rustic, wheaty grains, tangy banana, bit of yougurt, celery. Flavour is composed of weird veg, celery, banana bread, rustic wheat grains, sweet malts. Palate is very highly carbonated, gassy, tangy, semi-sweet. Bit of a weird one.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at London Beer Lab. Opens with a hiss but thankfully doesnโ€™t gush. The beer is well carbonated, though, and a strong, frothy white head rises quickly during the pour. The beer itself is a clear gold, with lively effervescence. Pleasant aroma with plenty of wheat, some phenols, ripening banana. Medium sweet flavor with sugary and doughy wheat bread, light orange citrus, more banana, slight bitter hay. Light bodied with active carbonation and massaging texture. Finishes simply with further doughy, almost creamy wheat bread, sugary mashed bananas, white bread, mild cereal, hints of citrus. One of the better beers Iโ€™ve had from Canopy. Fairly true to style. But the sweetness could be dialed back a bit.
