(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours quite murky dull yellow-gold with a big white head and lace. Aroma has nice bright aromatics of guava, pineapple, tangerine, light mango, tropical florals and light weed over some softly bready sweetish malt. Flavour is qiute dull in comparison with citric hops, doughy malt and moderate grassy, herbal resins lacking the big fruity punch of the nose, feels a bit faded despite being a very fresh can when popped, off-dry overall with a drying, chalky finish. Light to medium bodied with creamy carbonation. Almost feels like something went a bit wrong here? These Gallicus beers have been a touch strange to be honest.

Can: Poured a hazy dirty yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of faded hops notes with some citrusy undertones. Taste is a bit of a letdown with some faded hops, light malt notes with some residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Not sure if something is wrong with the can but hops were not as dominant or juicy as expected with a somewhat bland aftertaste.
