Draught@HBF2017. Hazy ambery brown colour, small white head. Aroma is rye, some fruits, mild toasted notes as well as some grainy notes. Flavour is fruity, floral , yeasty, some tart notes as well as a nice kick of rye.

[ As UG To Brew or Not to Brew Sahti ].Murky matt medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, wood - juniper, rye, moderate yeasty, baking yeast, banana - riped banana. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet fruit, sweet banana, rye, wood, juniper, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft to flat. (Keg at HBF2017) The beer poured amber and cloudy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had juniper, sweetness and booze. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, juniper, honey, banana, malts and low bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A decent sahti but bit too sweet.

Tap @ hbf 2017. Poured murky golden color with a thin white head. Ripe banana, yeast, some wheat in aroma. Flavor has ripe banana, wheat, sweetness, mild yeast. Long sweet banana finish. Fulfilling.

Tap at HBF. Murky amber color, tiny beige head. Banana, juniper in the nose. Medium-bodied. Sweet flavor, banana, juniper, low carbonation. Simple sahti.
